Manager Sourcing & Partnerships (China)

1. Alliances & Corporate Projects •Partner Relations: Serve as the primary ground-level contact to maintain relationships with prospective Chinese manufacturers. •Management Support: Accompany leadership to local meetings and manage all subsequent communication and follow-up activities. •Project Tracking: Monitor day-to-day execution, project milestones, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals. •Issue Resolution: Handle ground-level operational bottlenecks to facilitate smooth project rollouts and corporate expansion. 2. Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Operations •Category Management: Design and execute a robust sourcing strategy for premium packaging raw materials, including Duplex/FBB board, specialized inks, lamination foils, and related components. •Supplier Qualification: Build a highly resilient, diversified supplier matrix by conducting stringent commercial, technical, and ethical audits. •Value Engineering & Cost Optimization: Implement continuous cost-rationalization projects and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) without compromising on output quality. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Risk Management •Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sourced materials and partner facilities completely adhere to Indian, Chinese, and international quality baselines. •Supply Chain Resilience: Develop proactively structured mitigation protocols for logistics disruptions, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical risks.

•Tenure: 10+ years of progressive corporate experience in strategic procurement, vendor management, or international business development. •Enterprise Background: Proven history of operating within large-scale Chinese enterprises or prominent global Fortune 500 Multinational Corporations (MNCs). •Industry Expertise: Extensive technical and commercial understanding of the packaging industry ecosystem (specifically handling bulk procurement of board, inks, and foil variants). •Cross-Border Experience: Highly seasoned in managing multi-cultural stakeholder expectations, cross-border corporate reporting lines, and international business etiquette. •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or an equivalent advanced global business qualification is highly preferred. • Fluent in English
