Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   · Regional Operations Leadership: Own day-to-day logistics performance and complex issue resolution for SanDisk sites, contracted manufacturers, logistics centers, VMI hubs and offices across Asia. Coordinate recovery plans for service disruptions and recurring operational gaps. Transportation and Network Optimization: Analyze shipment flows, routing, capacity and service options to improve transportation reliability, lead time and total logistics cost. Develop recommendations supported by data and business impact. Logistics Service Provider Management: Lead regular business and performance reviews with logistics service providers. Track corrective actions, drive root-cause resolution and support commercial and operational improvement initiatives. Digital Transformation and System Integration: Serve as a logistics subject-matter expert for SAP, OTM, WMS and EDI initiatives. Translate business requirements into process and data requirements, support testing and deployment, and stabilize post-go-live operations. Cost and Performance Management: Monitor freight spending, operational KPIs and service trends. Identify cost-saving opportunities, validate benefits and drive disciplined follow-through with internal teams and suppliers. Analytics and Reporting: Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses on transportation volume, cost, service and exceptions. Build clear management insights using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel. Cross-functional Project Leadership: Independently initiate and lead logistics projects involving manufacturing, fulfillment, trade operations, finance, IT and external partners. Defining scope, milestones, risks, actions and decision points. Compliance and Risk Control: Ensure logistics activities follow company policies, safety requirements and applicable transportation and trade regulations. Escalate risks promptly and implement preventive controls. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective relationships with regional and global stakeholders. Communicate priorities, issues and recommendations clearly to both operational teams and management. Flexibility: Able to handle multiple tasks under great pressure. Independently initial and chair logistics project.

Qualifications REQUIRED: • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline. • 5 or more years of relevant experience in transportation, plant logistics, regional logistics operations or supply chain, preferably in a multinational, semiconductor or high-tech environment. • Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional logistics projects and resolve complex operational issues. PREFERRED • Hands-on experience with SAP, TMS/OTM, WMS and EDI-enabled logistics processes. • Experience in transportation network optimization, freight cost management, operational finance and international trade practices, including Incoterms. • Experience supporting system implementation, business-process design, testing, cutover or post-go-live stabilization. SKILLS • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. • Effective supplier management, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills. • Stable daily logistics execution and timely resolution of priority exceptions. • Ability to convert operational data into concise insights, recommendations and action plans. • Advanced data analysis and visualization using Power BI and Excel; SQL, Python, automation or AI-tool experience is an advantage. • High ownership, learning agility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across cultures, functions and time zones.
