Key Account Manager, Beauty & Home Care

-Develop and execute account plans for global strategic and key regional customers -Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing customers and prospecting new accounts to develop joint project and generate sales to deliver business objectives. -Own and support strategic accounts while being accountable for driving sustainable top-line revenue and profitable growth. -Coordinate resources across marketing, product, technical, and operational organizations to ensure best-in-class solution and service to fulfill customers’ needs and completion of customer projects. -Actively promote the Beauty and Home care portfolio via face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, seminars, and tradeshows -Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate customer and market needs while providing strategic insights to the management team -Collect and analyze domestic brands’ financial viability, engagement & relationship potential, market position & competitive edge, strategic alignment, innovation & adaptability to select potential winners to collaborate. -Record generated opportunities in CRM, ensuring pipeline is consistently updated and accurate
