Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for Veeva China CRM and Vault CRM projects, overseeing system design, configuration, and technical delivery.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting across Veeva CRM modules and integrations.
Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation requirements.
Support system enhancements, releases, and ongoing optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in global project discussions and technical reviews, using English as the primary working language.
Act as a technical point of contact for cross-regional teams.
职位要求
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Technical Consultant on Veeva China CRM and Vault CRM projects.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Veeva configuration, customization, and integrations.
Solid understanding of CRM solutions in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); able to work directly with global teams.
Japanese language skills are highly preferred.
