• Own and drive large-scale, complex technology projects/programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Define product or program scope, requirements, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
• Act as the primary communication bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders (business, operations, leadership, global teams)
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, QA, data, and external vendors
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early; proactively drive mitigation plans
• Ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality communication through written documents, presentations, and meetings in English
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience as a Technical PM, Product Manager, or Program Manager
Proven experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level projects (e.g., multi-team, multi-system, or global initiatives)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, or data platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
