This role requires candidate to have advanced skills in designing and maintaining secure network environments, including VLAN configuration, IP addressing schemes, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP); and also expertise in implementing segmentation concepts such as Bluecell and IT/OT separation and micro segmentation is essential, along with proficiency in firewall rule management, access control lists (ACLs), and network monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow). • The role also requires basic understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA), virtualization technologies, and security frameworks like IEC 62443 to ensure robust protection of operational technology systems. • Manages and implements IT projects which align with Hilti business • Ensure IT services high availability (Servers, networks, clients, respective systems) • Strengthening the IT support level(L2/L3). • Help to design, configure and operate technical products & solutions with a complex set of applications or platforms in a specific area • Ensure that the IT/OT operating environment meets the requirements of Hilti's security strategy.

Educational background: University degree in IT or computer network. 2. Excellent organizational and communication skills across all levels and functions of the organization 3. Fluent in English (oral and written). 4. Demonstrated team player with proven flexibility in time and tasks. Service and process oriented person. 5. Experience in Service Desk works including PC/Network hardware operation. 6. Experience in Microsoft Power family products (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). 7. Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft O365 products (Teams, Outlook and SharePoint) and client desktop applications. 8. Experience in MS AD/Azure AD, Azure cloud, Intune. 9. Experience in network engineering (Routing and Switch).
