1. IR Capability Transformation Leadership
◦ Support and lead affiliate innovation readiness transformation projects, capability building, and process optimization.
2. Program Management
◦ Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of innovation readiness programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
◦ Drive day-to-day execution of IR operation plans across multiple TAs.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
◦ Collaborate with senior leaders, functional teams, and external partners to drive adoption and sustain momentum.
◦ Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Medical, PRA, CA, Marketing, etc.).
4. Change Management
◦ Develop and execute change strategies to support innovation culture, mindset shifts, and organizational readiness.
◦ Manage governance, dashboards, timelines, and alignment with cross-functional leadership teams.
◦ Enhance China visibility and credibility as a pilot affiliate, and share best practices with global/IBU teams.
5. Performance Measurement
◦ Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress, impact, and continuous improvement of IR initiatives.
6. IR Plan Process and Governance
◦ Support the development of innovation readiness business plans, capability building, and onboarding of new TA IR teams.
◦ Support IR activities (e.g., education pilots, evidence generation) by defining processes and guidance.
◦ Liaise with the global IR COE on IR capability building, status updates, and workshops.
