Trade and Logistics: Manage international transportation processes and trade operations to ensure the smooth operation of the regional supply chain.
Regional Hub Management: Supervise daily office affairs, supplier contracts, and the optimization of internal processes.
Business Support: Handle related sales support matters (invoices, payments) and local customer reception.
Cross-border Liaison: Act as a key bridge for communication and reporting among Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong Office.
Compliance and Data: Manage and follow up on multiple project progress as required, ensure strict compliance with internal policies, and maintain high accuracy in all work.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above
Trade Expertise: Proven experience in international logistics and trade management.
Numerical processing capability: Capable of accurately collecting data and completing basic data analysis and processing tasks.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken) to communicate effectively with Shanghai and Hong Kong teams.
Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong cross-regional communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen / PR / valid work pass).
