Ph.D degree in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. • Extensive experience in the Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical/Diagnostics industries; Expertise with related applications and technologies, patents and other intellectual property. • Experience having successfully led meaningful R&D and/or Innovation functions. • Established research track record as evidenced by publications and/or professional accomplishments. • Experience in project management, partnership management and cross functional collaboration. • Ability to combine and apply scientific/technical and business knowledge, apply lateral thinking skills, and demonstrate strong business acumen with an ability to make balanced decisions. • Excellent cross-culture interpersonal, organization, communication and influencing skills, in both Chinese and English. • Experience influencing various stakeholders to effect change and achieve results in a dynamic, complex environment. • Extensive, active and relevant professional network.
