Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the IATF16949:2016 quality management system, compile, revise and control system documents, and ensure fullprocess compliance and effective implementation. 负责IATF16949:2016 质量管理体系日常运行、维护、文件编制、修订与管控，确保体系全过程合规有效落地 Plan and implement three types of internal audits: system audit, VDA6.3 manufacturing process audit, VDA6.5 product audit; formulate annual audit plans, prepare audit checklists, conduct on-site audits, follow up the correction, verification and closure of non-conformities, and issue complete audit reports 统筹策划并落地三类内部审核：体系审核、VDA6.3 制造过程审核、VDA6.5 产品审核；制定年度审核计划、制作审核检查表、实施现场审核，跟进不符合项整改、验证、闭环，输出完整审核报告 Lead the management review, collect input data from all departments, compile management review reports, identify system deficiencies and improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement 主导管理评审工作，收集各部门评审输入资料，编制管理评审报告，识别体系短板与改进机会，推动持续改善 Fully responsible for external audit docking, including third-party annual surveillance audit, recertification audit and OEM second-party customer audit; complete pre-audit selfinspection, document preparation and on-site accompaniment, organize 8D correction and response to ensure the validity of IATF certificate. 全权对接外部审核：第三方认证年度监督审核、换证审核、汽车主机厂二方客户审核；完成审前自查、资料筹备、现场陪审，统筹8D 整改、问题回复，保障IATF 证书持续有效 Implement five core automotive quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC; identify product special characteristics and product safety requirements, sort out and introduce Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR), and update control plans, FMEA and other associated documents synchronously. 落地汽车五大核心工具管理：APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC；识别产品特殊特性、产品安全要求，梳理并导入客户特定要求（CSR），同步更新控制计划、FMEA 等关联文件 Establish a problem improvement mechanism. For problems from internal audits, customer complaints, process defects and external audits, use 8D, 5Why, fishbone diagram and other quality tools for root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurring problems. 建立问题改善机制，针对内审、客诉、过程不良、审核问题，运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具开展根因分析，落实纠正预防措施，杜绝问题重复发生 Responsible for company-wide system training, regularly carry out special training on IATF16949 standards, internal audit skills, quality tools, product safety and customer requirements to improve all staff’s system compliance awareness 负责体系全员培训，定期开展IATF16949 标准、内审技能、质量工具、产品安全、客户要求专项以及6sigma相关培训，提升全员体系合规意识 Monitor quality KPIs, process performance and poor quality cost through statistical analysis, conduct regular data review, identify process risks and system loopholes, and promote continuous departmental optimization 统计监控质量KPI、过程绩效、不良质量成本，定期数据分析复盘，识别制程风险与体系漏洞，推动部门持续优化 Participate in supplier second-party audits, transmit IATF standards, customer requirements, product safety and special characteristic requirements to suppliers, supervise supplier system rectification and improvement to stabilize supply chain quality 参与供应商二方审核，向供方传递IATF 标准、客户要求、产品安全及特殊特性要求，督促供方体系整改改善，稳定供应链质量

职位要求

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields 本科及以上学历，质量管理、化工、材料、汽车工程、工业工程等相关专业。有6sigma 黑带经验及审核锡膏厂商经验者优先 At least 6 years of full-time IATF16949 system working experience in the auto parts industry, familiar with the whole auto parts production process, with practical experience in independent internal audit and responding to customer & third-party audits 6 年及以上汽车零部件行业IATF16949 体系专职工作经验，熟悉汽配生产全流程，具备独立内审、应对客户及第三方审核实战经验 Proficient in full clauses of IATF16949:2016 standard, skilled in five core quality tools, 8D problem-solving process, change management and product safety control requirements 精通IATF16949:2016 完整标准条款，熟练掌握五大质量工具、8D 问题解决流程、变更管理、产品安全管控要求 Hold valid IATF16949 internal auditor certificate, skilled in preparing audit reports, system documents and correction reports 持有IATF16949 内审员资格证书，熟练制作审核报告、体系文件、整改报告 Proficient in Office software, with excellent capabilities in document writing, data statistics and report output. 熟练使用Office 办公软件，具备优秀的文档编写、数据统计、报告输出能力 Have good English reading and writing skills, able to understand customer English standards, audit reports, etc. 具备良好英文读写能力，可看懂客户英文规范、审核报告等 Preferred Qualifications 优先加分项 Candidates with VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 auditor certificates are preferred 持有VDA6.3、VDA6.5 审核员证书优先 Familiar with CSR, BIQS, Formel-Q requirements of mainstream OEMs (VW, GM, Ford) is preferred 熟悉大众、通用、福特等主流主机厂CSR 顾客特定要求、BIQS、Formel-Q 体系要求优先 With practical experience in new project APQP promotion and complete PPAP document compilation & customer submission is preferred 具备完整新项目APQP 推进、PPAP 全套资料编制与客户提交落地经验优先 Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and other management systems; candidates with experience in factory system construction and version upgrade certification are preferred 熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001 等管理体系，有工厂体系搭建、改版换证经验者优先
