Head of IBC China

Develop and implement the China business strategy and business plan together with the Global Director IBC Logistics to achieve sustainable growth, profitability and market expansion. 与IBC物流全球总监共同制定并实施中国业务战略和业务计划，以实现可持续增长、盈利能力提升和市场拓展。 Lead, guide and develop the IBC Logistics China team, including target setting, performance management, employee development and succession planning to build a high-performing organization. 领导、指导和发展IBC物流中国团队，包括目标设定、绩效管理、员工发展和继任规划，打造高绩效团队。 Meet regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects in accordance to the business plan. Solid experience in the IBC, container leasing, industrial packaging, logistics or related B2B service industry. 在IBC、集装箱租赁、工业包装、物流或相关B2B服务行业拥有扎实的从业经验。 Proven leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing teams. 具备丰富的领导力经验，有团队发展和管理的成功案例。 10 years of relevant work experience in a commercial and/or sales environment. 在商业和/或销售环境中拥有10年以上相关工作经验。 Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management and commercial negotiations. 具备业务拓展、大客户管理和商业谈判的实际经验。 Strong commercial experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibility. 具备较强的商业经验，包括预算编制、预测和损益管理。 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 具备优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力。
