1.    国内政策协同与部委对接 Domestic Policy Coordination & Government Engagement 全面覆盖与全球化事务相关的国家部委及政府部门、研究中心，包括发改、工信、商务、外交、药监、卫生、卫健委等，保持常态化专业沟通与良好互动，凝聚政策共识，为医药领域国际化营造良好政策支持环境。 Maintain full coverage of national ministries, government authorities, and research centers related to globalization, including NDRC, MIIT, MOFCOM, MFA, NMPA, National Health Commission, etc. Conduct regular professional communication and build sound working relationships to align policy consensus and foster a supportive policy environment for healthcare internationalization.   2.    国际公共政策与监管协同 International Public Policy & Regulatory Coordination   聚焦中亚、南亚地区，开展监管政策、投资环境、双边合作机制及公共政策研究，推动区域间政策协同与监管互信，构建顺畅高效的跨国政策衔接机制。 Focus on Central Asia and South Asia, conduct research on regulatory policies, investment climate, bilateral cooperation mechanisms, and public policies. Promote regional policy coordination and regulatory trust and establish efficient cross-border policy alignment mechanisms.   3. 持续跟踪中国、中亚及南亚地区政策法规动态，制定并落地全球化公共事务策略与行动计划，保障政策相关工作目标落地。 Monitor policy and regulatory developments in China, Central Asia, and South Asia; develop and implement globalization public affairs strategies and action plans to ensure policy objectives are achieved.

1. 10年以上政府事务相关工作经验，具备国家及区域级政府事务管理负责人履历。 10+ years of relevant Government Affairs (GA) experience, with a proven track record in national and regional-level GA management. 2. 具备搭建与维护国家部委、监管机构及智库良性互动关系的能力，维护公司合法权益，树立负责任的国际化企业形象。 Able to build and maintain positive relationships with national ministries, regulators, and think tanks; safeguard company interests and enhance the company’s reputation as a responsible global corporate citizen. 3. 能够向国内相关部门传递公司全球化公共事务理念与政策诉求，争取政策理解与协同支持。 Able to communicate the company’s globalization public affairs vision and policy priorities to relevant government authorities and secure policy understanding and support. 4. 主导设计并落地中亚、南亚地区政策研究、公共事务对接与监管协同方案，推动区域政策协同。 Lead the design and implementation of policy research, public affairs engagement, and regulatory coordination initiatives in Central Asia and South Asia to advance regional policy alignment. 5. 建立并维护与行业协会、政策智库、国际平台、学界的合作网络，协同内部资源高效推进全球化公共事务。 Develop and maintain networks with industry associations, policy think tanks, international platforms, and academia; collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive global public affairs priorities. 6. 为中国、中亚及南亚地区公共政策、监管环境、政策机会与潜在风险提供专业咨询建议。 Provide professional advice on public policies, regulatory landscape, policy opportunities, and potential risks in China, Central Asia, and South Asia. 7. 可作为公司专业代表，在医药健康、国际合作等领域开展对外交流与专业发声。 Act as a professional representative of the company for external engagement and professional communication in healthcare and international cooperation. ８. 具备良好英语工作能力，可支撑国际公共事务沟通与项目推进。 Professional English working skills to support international public affairs communication and project execution.
