职位描述
1. Global Key Account Management / Development for selected Chinese accounts.
2. Regional Key Industry Management for Automotive Component Segment in APAC
职位要求
1. Drive regional sales development and growth for the assigned Key Industry across APAC.
2. Develop and implement APAC segment strategies, tactical plans, roadmaps, and commercial targets in line with strategic objectives.
3. Lead the execution of regional and global KAM strategies across assigned industries and segments.
4. Define, maintain, and prioritize the APAC based Key Account portfolio based on agreed archetypes.
5. Develop key account strategies covering mid-term projects, resource needs, milestones, and execution plans.
6. Build strategic relationships with selected key customer decision-makers globally.
7. Steer and support business development with local sales organizations, particularly in Automotive Components.
8. Own pricing, margin management, and negotiation frameworks for selected key accounts.
9. Lead and support regional/global contract negotiations to maximize value capture.
10. Initiate and drive strategic customer projects, including product development, service offerings, and R&D implementation.
11. Ensure strong technical support for customer projects, product approvals, and process start-ups in collaboration with TFS.
12. Monitor business performance, manage escalations, and channel customer insights, innovation needs, OKRs, and M&A inputs into regional and global processes.
