Global Head of Accounting, Tax and Internal Control

Responsibilities: • Leading a lean global team to ensure the central and local accounting group is staffed with the proper level of competency, adequate systems and processes to deliver on internal a nd external requirements • ties • Provide accounting guidance and support to local head accountants at all company enti Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial results and completion of the repor ting requirements • Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements and notes under U K IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP and HK GAAP as well as statutory financial statements for Germ any, Czech, Hong Kong UK and other locations • Ensure compliance with all tax requirements, such as completion of the company’s tax f ilings, transfer pricing documentations, responsible for other tax relevant issues and local tax audits • Provide accounting support and guidance for formation or liquidation of businesses and other transactions as they occur • Provide supervision of external audits and managing risk oriented internal audits at manufacturing sites • • • Develop, maintain or improve existing processes Training and coaching the global and local accounting teams Adhoc task as requested by CFO or related special projects
