ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as a key facilitator and coordinator for SAP implementation projects, supporting the team in driving project execution, while the core content and solution design remains led by the internal team. • Oversee the coordination of project testing activities, proactively track project status, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment with milestones and timely delivery. • Manage the customization of process flowcharts: take preliminary drafts (e.g., from Deloitte) and adapt them for internal user training and operational needs, ensuring clarity and alignment with local business requirements. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal IT, external consultants (e.g., Deloitte), and the global accounting team, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth information flow. • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and escalating risks or delays to the leadership team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. • Demonstrated experience in cross-departmental and cross-regional project coordination, with a proven track record of managing external vendors and consultants. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly respond to system and project emergencies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly in a global environment is mandatory.
