职位描述
• Develop and implement Design-for-Test (DFT/DVT) strategies for semiconductor and photonic IC products to ensure high test coverage and manufacturability.
• Define and optimize test plans for wafer-level, package-level, and final product testing.
• Collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing teams to integrate test structures and improve yield.
• Analyze test data and failure modes to identify root causes and drive yield, reliability, and cost improvements.
• Support development and debugging of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test flows.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Design-for-Test (DFT/DVT), test engineering, or semiconductor product engineering. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and IC manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ATE systems, test development, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of silicon photonics or optoelectronic devices is an added advantage.
