EHS Engineer

This position will be responsible for the operation of EHS work in the factory, and help the enterprise achieve sustainable development, fulfill social responsibilities, protect employees' rights and interests, and avoid operational risks. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manufactory EHS Risk identification, control and Management – 45%  Develop site annual EHS annual action plan.  Support site leader to define annual site EHS target, and monitor month to month EHS KPIs.  Review EHS hazard on the introduction or R&D phase of new product/chemical and process, and start regulatory requested assessment if need. Also support the operation/engineering implement control method for new or exist EHS related hazard control.  Set up and maintain ISO14001&45001&RBA system/ safety production standardization/ dual prevention mechanism and drive continuous improvement.  Organize periodical hazard identification, risk assessment EHS inspections and internal audits with responsible units.  Implement regular site tour and follow up corrective action.  Set up and ensure all applicable external and internal requirements are fulfilled through the implementation of corporate EHS standard, EHS policy/SOP/work guidance.  Attend government organized EHS meetings, convey relevant message to company management team coordinate gap analysis and fulfillment/compliance efforts.  Provide EHS technical supports to site management team for EHS issues to achieve EHS excellence.

Education & Experience       University degree on environment, occupational health and safety. Hold a certificate of Certified Safety Engineer or Certified Fire Engineer. 5 years and above work experience as EHS engineer in manufactory site. Experienced with ISO14001&ISO45001&Second-level Safety Production Standardization&RBA management system. Experience with Chemical & Machinery Safety &Electrical Safety and China Safety Production codes and regulations. Experienced with new project EHS three-simultaneity. Skills & Other Requirements     Good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good interpersonal communication and expression skills. Be good at EHS training and influence skills. Good skills in using office software.
