职位描述
-What You Will do:
1. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of programmatic partners and maintain long-term relationships with partners. Through regular communications, monitoring and performance analysis, drive business growth and manage potential risks.
2. Operational Support: Respond to partner requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Manage existing traffic stream, identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure delivery.
3. Business Analysis: Collaborate with other business units to conduct data analysis, identify potential growth opportunities and build strategic business plan.
4. Cross-function Collaboration: Work closely with business development team, product team and development team to better understand partner needs and craft measurable delivery plan.
职位要求
-Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing or other relevant majors are preferred.
2. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Mandarin(both written and spoken) is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL and MS Office, experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills, with a client-centric mentality.
5. Ability to work and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
