Key responsibilities Originate equity-backed financing opportunities from controlling and minority shareholders, founders and senior executives of Hong Kong-listed, US-listed and other international listed companies. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline by identifying target stocks, mapping shareholder structures and initiating senior-level dialogues. Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, structuring proposals, coordinating due diligence and driving deals to closing. Develop referral channels with private banks, brokers, law firms, accountants, family offices and corporate-finance advisers. Work closely with internal legal, risk and operations teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory and compliance standards

职位要求

Candidate profile 7–10 years of front-office experience in private banking, wealth management, equity derivatives or structured products sales, securities-backed lending, ECM/DCM, or related financing roles. Strong track record originating and closing transactions with controlling and minority shareholders of Hong Kong-listed, US-listed or other offshore listed companies. Established network among entrepreneurs, family businesses, listed-company executives and their advisers. Good understanding of public-equity markets and single-stock or share-pledge style structures. Native-level Mandarin and strong English; entrepreneurial mindset, able to originate independently and handle multiple deals in parallel
