• Manual Underwriting: Own the end-to-end underwriting process for Greater China e-Commerce customers, including eligibility assessment, financial statements analysis, credit approvals, and exception handling.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve decision-making and reduce risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the local GTM teams and global Risk, BizOps, and Data stakeholders to align risk strategy with broader business goals.
职位要求
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in risk management, underwriting, or related financial analysis roles, with proven experience in the Greater China e-Commerce/SMBs market.
• Hands-on experience in manual underwriting of e-Commerce/SMBs, including analyzing financial statements and evaluating creditworthiness.
• Familiarity with local credit data sources/ bureaus, and scoring models used in Greater China risk evaluation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
