1 Chartering Activities: Negotiate and conclude voyage charter contracts and time charter-out with customers, including Contracts ofAffreightment (COAs) on a long-term/middle term/spot charters basis, as well as other agreements.2 Negotiate and conclude time charter-in (spot/term basis) with ship-owner as necessary.3 Plan and manage vessel voyage schedules, optimizing fleet utilization and commercial efficiency4 Prepare and implement practical arrangements to ensure that the vessel in chartering clears customers / Right Ship vetting5 Lead key chartering projects to enhance business profitability6 Business Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to analyze China Macro Information, the demand and supply dynamics, and the competitive landscape.7 Communicate with concerned parties such as steel mills, shipyards and brokers, access local sources, utilize data provider/AI and collaborate with other MOL Group divisions/offices.8 Produce logical and compelling, fundamental-based reports for management on the Chinese market outlook/forecast.9 New Business Development: Researching business opportunities for including but not limited to decarbonization and formulating business plans, negotiating with customers10 Taking the commercial lead in developing a new ship type that enables decarbonization (including but not limited to LNG, Ammonia, Methanol, biofuels) business11 Lead and support any new business projects and project management

经验要求
Minimum 5 years’ experience in dry bulk shipping business specifically in chartering and operations. Additional experience in Capesize/Panamax chartering is a strong plus. Sufficient experience in voyage charter and time charter contract negotiations with Owner/Charterer. Experience of launching multiple new projects relating to decarbonization is positively considered. Hands-on experience with Veson IMOS or similar chartering software.
语言要求
Fluent in English with any proficiency in Japanese being positively considered. Good communication and negotiation skills, with the potential to develop these further. An ability to develop relationships by face-to-face / online / text message or whatever with dry bulk counter parties, including owners, charterers, brokers, and MOL Group company staff. Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn, result oriented, with a positive outlook, and imagination to bring new ideas and solutions totable. A team player who is willing to positively integrate into the team, but also able to work independently when required.
Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt) and Copilot Well understanding of maritime laws and regulations, including MARPOL, Right Ship Rules and the IMSBC Code. Strong analytical and calculation skills. Proficiency in accounting and finance principles relevant to chartering and new business development. Technical & Marine knowledge of Capesize and other type of bulkers including characteristics of bulker (new type of fuel) and safety standard required by the customers/RightShip. Project Management skill.
