Business Process Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Optimization Analyze current supply chain planning, inventory, and fulfilment processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with S&OP and supply collaboration teams to align planning processes with strategic goals. Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve order accuracy, reduce process cycle time, and enhance customer satisfaction. Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices. Establish and maintain standardized process documentation across planning and fulfilment functions. Facilitate regular process reviews and updates to reflect business changes and continuous improvement. Support training and change management initiatives to embed process discipline across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management) to align process improvements with business goals. Systems & Data Management Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting). Support system configuration, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and inventory systems. Project Management Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives. Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.   Preferred Experience: Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, replenishment planning, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes. Knowledge of demand forecasting and S&OP processes. Knowledge of demand management and supply management processes. Knowledge of Inventory Optimization techniques. Knowledge of Supply Chain Collaboration Knowledge of capacity planning and production scheduling Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
