Business Line Manager

Mission • Overall responsibility for the Vacuum Service business development through the implementation of the optimal marketing mix of product–price–people. • You drive and establish the direct and indirect service growth strategy in the focus region China in close alignment with the equipment divisions. • While focusing on higher customer satisfaction, strive for better market penetration, higher profitability and a fully engaged service team. Skills / Knowledge / Experience • At least 5+ years of strategical and conceptual capabilities to lead and develop a regional business and proven track record of delivering results in sales and marketing and sound commercial awareness • University degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline / or equivalent work experience • Communication skills in Chinese and English • Result-driven, radiant personality who has strong leadership skills with the capability to give enthusiasm to the organization and can communicate with impact
