职位描述
• Lead and execute investigations into counterfeit activities affecting the company’s products and intellectual property.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement, administrative authorities (e.g., AIC, PSB, Customs), and legal partners.
• Coordinate and support enforcement actions including raids, seizures, and administrative penalties.
• Monitor and analyze counterfeit trends, supply chains, and distribution networks.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and evidence packages for legal and enforcement purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, and Brand Protection teams.
• Represent the company in industry forums, government meetings, and IP protection alliances.
• Ensure all investigative activities comply with local laws and company policies.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in anti-counterfeit investigations, IP enforcement, or law enforcement in China.
• Proven track record of successful enforcement actions and collaboration with Chinese authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of China’s IP laws, administrative enforcement procedures, and criminal prosecution pathways.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to travel within China as required.
