Financial Reporting & Control: Directed the complete monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycle for multiple entities, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all IFRS-based Group financial statements and management reports. • Team Leadership & Development: Led, mentored, and developed a team of GL accountants through regular performance reviews, personal development sessions, and continuous training, fostering a high-performance culture. • Financial Integrity & Compliance: Guaranteed the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger by enforcing robust financial oversight, ensuring all balances were fully reconciled and properly supported in adherence to Group policies. • Business Partnership & Audit Management: Served as a key accounting advisor to business controllers and local entities, providing expert guidance on reporting matters and successfully managing the annual audit process for local statutory accounts. • Process Optimization & Integration: Drove continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing systems and processes, increasing efficiency and productivity while strengthening internal controls over financial reporting. • GBS Integration & Transformation: Led the finance process integration into GBS, successfully transitioning reporting activities while ensuring continuity, maintaining accuracy, and achieving productivity targets.

Qualifications & Competencies • Professional Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, complemented by a CPA or ACCA certification. Comprehensive knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS. • GL Accounting Expertise: Over 7 years of progressive experience within multinational corporations (MNCs), with deep expertise in full general ledger responsibility, IFRS reporting, and the audit cycle. • Leadership & Management: Proven leadership and supervisory abilities, with strong skills in operations and project management, demonstrated through successfully guiding teams and managing finance process integrations. • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite, with a track record of leveraging these tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. • Communication Skills: Bilingual in English and Chinese (fluent in spoken and written), with a proven ability to articulate complex accounting and reporting matters clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
