APAC Service Delivery Partner

Coordinate Sunrise go-live (in-sourcing HR services in Japan from external vendor), hyper care activities, and subsequent consolidation under the Service Delivery Model. • Support Payroll transformation, process and model enhancement initiatives across APAC. • Drive the design and execution of the Service Delivery advancement roadmap, including: – Enhancements to the current outsourced HR service model – In-country HR Service Delivery model consolidation and standardization – Advancement of service delivery through process improvements, automation, and streamlining initiatives, including implementing changes driven by HR Modernization. – Change management to support successful adoption and sustainability of new ways of working. – Point of contact to service delivery teams in APAC

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in HR Service Delivery within large, multinational organizations. • Proven experience in designing and delivering HR transformation programs. • Strong project, change, and stakeholder management skills across complex, multi-country environments. • Solid understanding and experience in leading, building and modernizing HR service delivery models and operations. • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives. • Strong affinity with technology and digital solutions (e.g., HR systems, workflow tools). • Ability to clearly visualize, structure, and communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Fluent English, Chinese, Japanese- preferred.
