Position Summary: Responsible for running performance reports, variance analysis, provide value added service to business, operational team to improve results. Participate in annual internal control program and support review of internal control compliance for divisions. Conduct financial projects as needed from time to time. Scope/Supervision and Interaction: Works under general supervision from the Division Controller. Support FCC China each location Cost accountant, GL &Tax accountant. Interfaces on accounting and control issues with all functional departments. Regular contacts with inside sales, supply chain, engineering, quality, warehouse staff and FSU/FSM team; External auditors, other locations' finance team and corporate.

Job Responsibility: Financial simulation and analysis for new project. Support FCC China each location Cost accountant, GL &Tax accountant when needed. Ensuring Accurate and timely financial performance reporting to controller, meeting constant changing needs of the division. Overseas the support of all internal and external reporting with assurance the compliance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP when needed. Prepare statements of Division monthly financial data including income statement and balance sheet. Analysis of financial results as compared to monthly objectives (plan/prior/rolling forecast). Prepare Division monthly reports consolidation requested by Division Controller. Perform variance analysis and validate reasonableness for locations. Assist in Division budget process and consolidation. Participate in SOX documentation and peer to peer testing when needed. Support locations on closing activities when needed. Participates in continuous improvement activities and provides suggestion for cost reduction and improved efficiency. Other special tasks assigned by Division Controller & GM as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline Above 6 year of professional accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing field, Above 3 year of cost accounting experience in manufacturing field Familiar with US GAAP & China GAAP and taxation Exposure to MRP system Good command of English reading and writing Strong communication skill, Willing to learn, team player
