职位描述

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead advanced process development, such as WB & DA & SMT & hot bar & laser & assembly process improvement. 2. Review of design rule & implementation for dedicated process. 3. Advanced process platform development or introduction for cost reduction. 4. Product yield management, defect analysis & improvement plan. 5. Be responsible for laser welding and assembly platform development 6. Perform fault data analysis and provide recommendation and follow-up action 7. Willing to take leader on problem solving and strong FA skill, such 8D, PDCA, FMEA etc

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Optics, Materials, Physics or related engineering discipline. 2. ≥8years process development/transfer experience in Semiconductor, Fiber optics, and Electronics assembly industry. 3. Prefer Euro/US MNC working experience 4. Prefer to experience in communication industry 5. Familiar with CAD tools, statistical software is preferred. 6. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations. 7. Strong people management experience 8. Willing to over-sea travel for globe projects transfer/support. 9. Fluent in English
