1. Conduct preliminary project cost breakdown and analysis.开展项目和产品的成本拆解分析 2. Tracking the project implementation process of components cost 跟踪项目和产品的执行过程中的零部件成本 3. Benchmark market conditions and suppliers, conduct negotiation, price comparison and sourcing to drive project cost reduction对标市场行情与供应商，开展议价、比价、寻源，推进项目降本 4. Identify project cost loopholes, and optimize procurement processes, alternative materials and supply channels.梳理项目成本漏洞，优化采购流程、替代物料、供货渠道 5. Carry out cost review and variance analysis upon project completion, deliver optimization plans and establish standardized specifications. 项目结束后做成本复盘、差异分析，输出优化方案及沉淀标准 6. Build project cost ledgers and databases to provide basis for pricing and budgeting of subsequent new projects. 建立项目成本台账、数据库，为后续新项目定价、预算提供依据 7. Coordinate with business, engineering, procurement and finance teams to jointly control project profit margins. 对接业务、工程、采购、财务，协同把控项目利润空间 8. Make the cost saving plan and setup target yearly 制定年度成本优化计划以及目标的设定 9. Others jobs assigned by general manager 总经理分配的其他事宜 10. 1. College in HVAC or Mechanical&Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management or above. 大专或以上文凭，暖通或机电工程或供应链管理相关专业； 2. Knowledge of rich Supply Chain Management concepts. 具备丰富的供应链管理概念； 3. Conversant or CET 4 English or above. 大学英语四级或以上，英语熟练； 4. Minimun 5 years of work experience in manufacturing environment and supplier management experience or above. 有5年或以上机械制造行业和供应链管理相关工作经验； 5. Good negotiation skill and concept of cost control；掌握相当的谈判技巧和具有较好的成本控制意识 6. Good at sourcing new suppliers in mechanical components, and HVAC components is preferred; 具备机械类部件良好的供应链开发能力和资源，暖通和制冷行业优先。 7. Positive, active, cooperative and independent team player. 积极、合作、细致，能够在团队中独挡一面； 8. Cooperative and willing to accept challenges；良好的团队合作意识和勇于接受挑战的意愿。
