采购主管

Job Responsibility: 1)Daily purchasing team management 1.Purchasing task distribution to the subordinate 2.Support to solve the subordinate’s problem in daily operation 3.Lead weekly purchasing team’s meeting and monitor the process of cricital issue in the meeting 4.Attend the weekly operation meeting on behalf of purchasing department 5.Attend monthly Quality meeting on behalf of purchasing departement 6.Approve authorized items in purchasing departement 7.Pre-approve the RFQ of new item or costdown & costup of repeated PNs 2）Purchasing team’s KPI management 1.Monthly monitor purchasing team’s KPI 2.Analyze the reason and support the subordinate to take corrective action for KPI substandard 3 ）Supplier management 1.Lead the subordinate to assess the AVL supplier’s 2.performance quarterly from business level 4）Others 1.Support the purchasing team building 2.Other reports or requirements from higher purchasing manager  

Job Requirements: •University degree or above of science and engineer •5 year or above of working experience of supplier management or procurement management in foreign company •Enough experience with problem analysis and resolution •Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Experience with networked PC based computer systems •Be familiar with Optical Communication and Optics components and materials •Preferred to the experience of high mix and low volume purchasing •Good English in both read, write and oral •Proficient in office software tools such as Excel, Word, ppt etc. •SAP/Oracle experience is preferred. •Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities •Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment •Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
