职位描述

1. Lead the investment product setup process by establishing, coordinating, and managing workflows. Collaborate decisively with internal teams—including sales, investment research, legal, operations, compliance, and risk management—to ensure the prompt launch of new investent products. 2. Take charge of the ongoing maintenance and termination of investment products, discretionary managed accounts, and RQFIIs within the asset management business. 3. Address operational matters related to external fund releases and proactively provide recommendations for enhancing fund operation processes. 4. Ensure effective communication with external service providers (e.g. legal, custodian, fund admin) to guarantee seamless, compliant, and risk-controlled investment product launch. 5. Conduct internal training on investment products, empowering the sales team with the knowledge and support necessary to fully understand asset management offerings. 6. Demonstrate a strong insight and foresight into market demands while showcasing exceptional learning and information-gathering skills. 7. Execute other ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring all responsibilities are met with excellence.      

职位要求

. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with preference given to candidates majoring in finance or economics; 2. At least 3-5 years of product management experience in the financial industry; 3. Comprehensive understanding of asset management, including Cayman fund structures, RQFII, financial instruments, market participants, transaction lifecycle, risk management, distribution channels, and Hong Kong and mainland regulatory reporting obligations; familiar with cost control and issuance procedures for fund products; 4. Strong organizational and project management skills; 5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful project management; 6. Keen insight and foresight regarding market demands, with strong learning and information gathering abilities; 7. Fluent in written and oral communication skills in both Chinese (especially Mandarin) and English.
