职位描述
1、 参与机器质量分析，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点；产品机器质量文件书的设定
Participate in quality analysis; determine quality control point, set up the machine quality book.
2、 参与产品过程控制，并确保过程质量和产品最终检验的控制，参与验收前的产品质量控制
Participate in product process control and ensure product quality and Machine Final Control Check. participate in machine quality control before final acceptance.
3、 协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；
Coordinated relevant departments to analyze quality problems, supervised the implementation and effect of improvement measures
4、 持续监控所有质量目标的进展（不良品管控，市场质量问题管控）监督履行必要的改进措施.
Continuously monitor the progress of all quality objectives (including non-conformity management, quality problems from installation and field) and supervise the implementation of necessary improvement measures.
5、 推动相应部门做产品持续改善

职位要求
1、 相关机械行业本科以上学历；设备行业优先，英语口语可以工作交流；
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical industry, equipment industry is prefer, good written English and oral English is prefer.
2、 5年以上质量相关岗位工作经验。
At least 5 years working experience in quality
3、 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的团队协作以及沟通能力；
Responsible, rigorous and hard-working, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good team work and communication skills.
