Key Responsibilities:
• Lead "Run & Adoption" Strategy: Define and deploy the local adoption strategy for global tools and processes.
• Ensure the successful simplification and harmonization of end-to-end processes across FSSC Guangzhou.
• Monitor process efficiency, compliance, and data quality using our "Value Tracker" framework.
• Drive Transformation & Projects: Act as the Project Manager for transversal initiatives, ensuring they land successfully within the operational teams.
• Manage the "change impacts" (Business Change Management) to ensure teams are ready for new ways of working.
• Foster Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma): Build a culture of "Service Excellence." Train and coach teams on Lean methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt).
• Animate process experts to ensure consistent application of standards and feedback loops.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop the DEX Analyst.
• Act as the strategic partner to the Head of FSSC Guangzhou and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
职位要求
Ideal Profile:
• Experience: 5–7 years in Finance Operations or Transformation, plus with compounded experience in different service lines.
• Key Competency: You bridge the gap between Strategy (Designing the roadmap) and Execution (Making sure the team actually adopts the tool).
• Skills: Strong Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Change Management.
