Job Title: Automation Engineer Job Responsibilities Responsible for pre-sales technical solution design, technical communication and proposal delivery; act as a technical expert, lead the formulation of technical solutions and system architecture design. Complete programming, debugging and internal testing of automation systems according to project requirements; anticipate and resolve on-site technical risks in advance. Undertake system installation, commissioning, function optimization and program deployment at customer sites, and provide operation and maintenance training for customers. Participate in the whole process of project management, coordinate internal and external resources, ensure on-time project delivery with qualified quality and schedule. Prepare project technical documents, program specifications and training materials; provide technical support and training for the after-sales team. Complete other technology development and project‑related tasks assigned by supervisors.    

Job Requirements Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Control Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; 3+ years of experience in automation system development or system integration. Proficient in programming and debugging of mainstream PLCs, including Beckhoff, Inovance, Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc. Solid knowledge of motion control and fieldbus technologies, such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc. Experience with Beckhoff (TwinCAT 3.0) or C#/Visual Studio development is a plus. Experience in machine vision is a plus. Experience in the printing and packaging or rubber and tire industry is a plus. Good English literacy skills, able to independently read and write technical documents. Able to travel for projects; strong sense of responsibility and emergency response capability to support pre-sales, on-site and customer issues promptly. Excellent problem‑analyzing and problem‑solving skills, strong learning ability, and good project coordination and promotion awareness.
