Product development
• Lead development team, responsible for development of lighting products and technical platforms.
• Define technical roadmap based on technology trend relevant to lighting industry.
• Identify and work with technical partners according to the product roadmap and technical roadmap.
• Own, govern and continuously improve product development process and capability of development team. Make sure it aligns with the overall NPI process of Group
• Lead the team to ensure on-time release of new products per required specification and cost, including the following key areas.
职位要求
• Familiar with mechanical design, the electrical principles, optical performance, and lighting control of lighting products; Expert in using design software such as Solidworks，AutoCAD, etc；
• Familiar with the luminaire mechnical design, and standards of the lighting industry in EU., APAC and the Americas (global understanding of requirements for regions)
• Understand drivers, controls, and optical system of lighting products;
• Experience in R&D team management, project management;
• Lighting background is a plus.
