Leasing Manager Report Manager: Managing Director, Head of Asset Management Responsibilities： • Take ownership to participate in related leasing work of all life sciences campus assets invested, developed, operated and managed by the Company in China • Involve in the process of establishing and implementing leasing strategies, projects’ positioning, target tenants and rental analysis, leasing policies and procedures, etc. • Conduct life science industry market research, build up life science companies database, potential tenants or clients’ connections and governmental relationship • Proactively carry out leasing activities, including pursuing potential tenants and clients through various channels, lease negotiation, signing up of lease and agreements • Maximize applicable resources and channels to achieve project objectives concerning profitability, rental income and all related financial return • Develop leasing kit and execute marketing events and campaigns to facilitate the whole leasing process • Keep all relevant stakeholders well informed of leasing progress, potential issues, risk mitigation plan in a timely matter • Maintain relationship with government, public media, tenants, clients and other related business stakeholders • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification Requirements： • Bachelor and above degree in business, economics, real estate or related discipline • Young potential with at least 5+ years of leasing related experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, life science, healthcare industry, real estate developer or leasing agents • Strategic thinking, institutionalized mindset, strong delivery and execution capability • Leasing experience in life science campus sector is preferred • Sound business acumen and commercial awareness and practically oriented • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluently bilingual in English and Chinese • Entrepreneur spirit, self-motivated, responsible, result-driven, positive and flexible, smart and hard-working, ability to work independently under pressure
