Job Responsibility： Production plan scheduling – 25% • Meet the capacity target within ±20% in accordance with the forecast • Fully understand each process capacity • Schedule and implement multi-skill training for operators • Promote the quality and efficiency of the workshop • Ensure to meet on-time delivery for customer order Production line management – 20% • Establish daily production meeting system • Establish 5S management system, • Establish the production safety system • Solve production problems Quality management – 20% • Establish the quality management system • Publish operator quality performance data regularly • Work with engineer to solve the quality problems • Strive to meet the targets of Quality KPI Human management– 20% • Review and approval of staff leave • Establish KPI for every process • Teamwork for excellence • Establish regular communication meeting • Improve the efficiency of labor Cost control – 15% • Work to get overtime under control • Control the consumption of consumables • Control the WIP • Optimize the process to reduce the production cost. • Improve the yield
