职位描述
Filing patent applications, reporting and answering OAs, handling reexaminations and providing analysis of validity, correspondence with international clients in English etc., in the field of biotechnology or chemistry.
负责生物化学类涉外专利申请、OA的转达答复、复审无效以及提供侵权意见；与国外客户使用英语等语言交流；
职位要求
Biotechnology or related major is required;
1. 生物类相关专业。
No less than three years of working experience as patent attorney on IP is required; working experience in free practice is preferred;
2. 至少三年知识产权代理及相关工作经验；具有独当一面的经验优先；
Good written English is required; fluent oral English is more preferred;
3.具备良好的英语书写技能；能够熟练进行英语口语交流者优先；
Having basic German language is more preferred and payment can be negotiated.
4. 具有德语基础者优先，待遇面谈。
