测试经理

1. Ensure test equipment working stable and test process procedure implementation correctly; 2. Develop the testing & Mfg. systems following the specification from customer; 3. Support project team for new project testing & Mfg. system development; 4. Study new testing & Mfg. method or equipment to prepare our testing & Mfg. requirement from customer; 5. Improve the testing & Mfg. system with related engineer; 6. Keep in touch with customer for testing & Mfg. issue; 7. Work with related supplier for testing & Mfg. system development; 8. Analyze and debug production defect, solve the problem happen in testing & Mfg. process; 9. Work with production testing & Mfg. people to define equipment maintenance schedule; 10. Manager arranged other works
