Key Responsibilities
1. Global Account Strategy & Relationship Management
• Develop and execute strategies for key corporate and global accounts to enhance long-term customer value and Strategic Partnership.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers/stakeholders, and drive strategic dialogue and long-term partnership planning through Enterprise Business Reviews (EBRs), while ensuring globally aligned account strategies and consistent execution.
2. Sales Growth & Commercial Execution
• Lead the corporate account management team to drive profitable growth, win new business, and business deliver of sales & profit.
• Identify cross-regional business opportunities based on industry insights, and define practical growth strategies and execution plans.
• Develop differentiated solutions based on market and industry insights, and advance a value-selling approach centered on Total Value Delivered.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience managing corporate or global accounts.
• Fluent in English
