职位描述
1.负责新产品从设计到批量生产的转移。
2.负责推动产品良率提高和成本降低活动。
3.负责线路设置，解决新产品导入阶段出现的问题。
4.与设计和相关团队合作，降低产品成本，提高质量。
1. Responsible for the transfer of new products from design to mass production.
2. Responsible for promoting product yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
3. Responsible for setting up the circuit and resolving issues that arise during the new product import phase.
4. Collaborate with design and related teams to reduce product costs and improve quality.
职位要求
1.物理、光学或相关工程专业，1年以上经验的硕士
2.光学、光子学和/或通信方面的教育经验
3.良好的中英文沟通能力
4.具有良好的团队合作精神和勤奋的工作态度。
5.必须自我激励，有能力在压力下工作。
1. Master's degree holder with at least 1 year of experience in physics, optics, or related engineering majors
2. Educational experience in optics, photonics, and/or communication
3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
4. Possess good teamwork spirit and diligent work attitude.
5. Must be self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
