This role owns end-to-end plastic extrusion process development, trial production, process optimization, mass production stability and technical problem-solving. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, collaborative engineer with strong career ambition, who can independently drive process innovation, yield improvement and cost-down projects, and cooperate cross-functionally to support new product scaling and mass production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1. Extrusion Process Development & Scale-up 挤出工艺开发与放大
Responsible for plastic extrusion process parameter debugging, pilot trial and mass production scale-up; summarize process standards, output SOP, trial production reports ,process validation documents and PFMEA, support new project mass production delivery.
负责塑料挤出工艺参数调试、小试/中试及量产放大工作；沉淀标准化工艺规范，输出SOP、试制报告、工艺验证文件、PFMEA，保障新项目顺利量产交付。
2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement 工艺优化与持续改善
Independently identify process pain points, creatively propose innovative improvement solutions, optimize extrusion parameters, material matching and production flow; continuously improve production yield, reduce material waste and production cost, and promote long-term process stability.
主动挖掘生产工艺痛点，具备工艺创新思维，能够创造性提出改善方案；优化挤出参数、物料适配及生产流程，持续提升良率、降低物料损耗与生产成本，实现工艺长期稳定迭代。
3. On-site Technical Support & Abnormal Handling 现场技术支持与异常处理
Quickly locate root causes of extrusion production defects (bubbles, streaks, uneven thickness, warping, etc.), formulate closed-loop improvement plans, resolve mass production process anomalies, and ensure production continuity and product consistency.
快速定位挤出生产不良（气泡、拉丝、厚薄不均、翘曲等）根本原因，制定闭环改善方案，解决量产工艺异常，保障生产连续性与产品品质一致性。
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Delivery 跨部门协作与项目推进
Cooperate closely with R&D, procurement, production, quality and supply chain teams to align material supply standards, process specifications and product technical requirements; actively participate in team projects, share experience, assist team growth, and deliver project targets on schedule with good team spirit.
紧密配合研发、采购、生产、品质、供应链团队，对齐物料供货标准、工艺规范及产品技术要求；具备优秀协作意识，主动配合团队项目、共享技术经验，助力团队整体目标达成。
5. Technical Standard Precipitation & Team Empowerment 技术沉淀与经验赋能
Sort out process technical standards, summarize failure cases and improvement experience; train production operators and new engineers, standardize operation behaviors, and build standardized extrusion process system.
梳理工艺技术标准、沉淀不良案例与改善经验，对生产人员及新人开展工艺培训，规范作业标准，搭建完善的挤出工艺体系。
6. New Project Launch & Mass Production Lead
Participate in full-cycle new product development & trial run from early stage; take lead role in selected projects to drive process transfer from lab trial to pilot, and finally formal mass production ramp-up, coordinate cross-department resources to resolve project bottlenecks and ensure on-time SOP launch.
深度参与新项目全周期开发与试制工作，对指定项目承担量产落地主导职责；统筹跨部门资源推进工艺从试样、小试顺利切换至量产爬坡，打通项目卡点，保障项目按期实现量产投产。
7. New Process Research & Development (Beyond Extrusion)
Follow industry technical iteration and business development needs; break the limitation of single extrusion technology, participate in feasibility evaluation and trial development of other new forming processes required by business, complete process verification and technical accumulation.
紧跟行业技术迭代与公司业务发展需求，打破单一挤出工艺边界，参与公司各类新型工艺的可行性研判、小试开发与工艺验证，完成新技术落地及技术储备。
职位要求
1. Education & Major 学历专业
Bachelor degree or above in Polymer Materials, Material Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing or related majors.
本科及以上学历，高分子材料、材料工程、机械制造等相关专业。
2. Working Experience 工作经验
5+ years formal extrusion process engineering experience, familiar with plastic particle & powder extrusion production process; experience in new product trial production and process scale-up is preferred.
5年及以上塑料挤出工艺相关工作经验，熟悉塑料粒子、粉料挤出生产工艺，具备新品试制、工艺放大量产经验优先。
3. Professional Skills 专业能力
Master the basic principles of plastic extrusion, familiar with single/twin-screw extrusion equipment and process parameters adjustment; able to independently complete process debugging, abnormal analysis and innovative optimization; familiar with IATF16949 quality system and lean production concepts is preferred.
精通塑料挤出基本原理，熟悉单/双螺杆挤出设备及参数调试，可独立完成工艺调试、异常分析与创新性优化；熟悉IATF16949质量体系、精益生产理念优先。
4. Language & Tool 语言与工具
CET-4 and above, able to read and understand English technical documents; proficient in Office, familiar with data analysis and process report writing.
四级及以上，可熟练阅读英文技术资料；熟练使用办公软件，具备数据分析、工艺报告撰写能力。

Bonus Points / 优先条件
1. Experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises is preferred；
2. Familiar with powder & particle mixed extrusion process is preferred；
3. Experience in process cost reduction, efficiency improvement and lean projects is preferred.
