1. Responsible for process engineering team management, staff guidance and development, performance assessment, incentive, etc 2. Identifying and realization of optimization potentials 3. Lead productivity improvement projects, like fixture/tool improvement, packing cost out 4. Other production related documents creation and update 5. Lead and support shop floor across of organization 6. Responsible for implementing new products and product changes in production 7. Understand product/process/Lean knowledge 8. Production line layout optimization and updating according to actual business demand 9. Support R&D new products development 10. Lead productivity improvement and implement continuous improvement at process lever to reduce defects and improve yields 11. Responsible for Equipment management, include equipment maintenance, optimizing to improve efficiency and safety requirements 12.Cost management related about process and equipment

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related, foreign company working experience is preferred 2. More than 5 years production & process management experience in machining industry 3. Familiar with machining process management and assembly process management 4. Experience in equipment management is preferred 5. Familiar with Lean, TPM, quality management tools 6. Good team work and team management skills 7. Good analytical, discernment and problem solving skills 8. High stress tolerance, good self - motivation and result oriented 9. Flexibility, has strategic thinking, openness to criticism and ideas 10. Fluent in spoken and written English 11. Ability to assess risk and opportunity identification
