职位描述

  工作职责: As force sensor designer, you should be able to identify customer needs input by sales team, providing proper solution to customer, either through new product development or modification on existing product: 61 Be familiar with diversified applications of force sensor and design customer required force sensor in an agile way; 61 Understand the properties of different material for sensor and select the right and cost effective material; 61 Has mechanics analysis knowledge, and be familiar with mechanism simulation tool to optimize the design; 61 Be familiar with force sensor manufacture process and select or optimize the process to get better performance; 61 Act as mechanical lead in new product development to drive all the mechanical related deliverables, including 2D&3D drawings, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, design review document; 61 Responsible for prototype creation, review, and test plan setup and results evaluation; 61 Technical review with cross function team and vendors to ensure the new product delivery with high quality; 61 Developing common strategies for material selection, element design, and sealing that will drive high levels of reuse across product designs 61 Drive technology and products innovation Special Comments: If force sensor or other sensor experience will be better

职位要求

任职资格: 61 Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field 61 A minimum of 3 years’ design engineering experience is requested 61 3D design tool professional, Pro/E is must 61 Basic understanding of product development, manufacturing, simulation, FMEA, and other engineering principles 61 Knowledge of material and design guidelines for plastic, metal and die cast parts, potting material selection 61 Capable of performing tolerance analysis 61 Fluent skill in both written and oral English 61 Confident, self motivated, mature person with the ability to connect and inspire others 61 Ability to multi-task and stay organized, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
