职位描述
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for optical module products.
• Collaborate with software engineers to develop GUI Software requirements and ensure seamless integration with optical components.
• Develop and implement control algorithms for optical components for the optical module products
• Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and reliability.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and validation of firmware related issues.
• Support manufacturing and testing teams with firmware-related issues and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document firmware design, architecture, and test procedures.
工作职责
1. 负责光模块产品嵌入式固件的方案设计、开发与版本迭代维护；
2. 协同上位机软件工程师梳理可视化操作界面（GUI）软件需求，保障固件与光器件硬件无缝联调适配；
3. 针对光模块内部光器件开发、落地配套控制算法；
4. 从运行性能、功耗、长期可靠性三个维度做固件优化；
5. 负责固件全流程问题调试、功能测试与方案验证；
6. 对接产线、测试团队，解决生产测试环节所有固件相关故障，并输出优化方案；
7. 参与代码评审工作，持续优化固件开发流程、规范；
8. 输出完整标准化文档，包含固件整体设计方案、系统架构、测试流程规范。

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded firmware development, preferably in optical transceiver products or high-speed communication systems. (Candidates with significantly more experience will be considered for higher-level positions)
• Familiarity with mainstream DSP applications is preferred.
• Familiarity with various optical module management interfaces (e.g. CMIS, SFF-8636)
• Solid understanding of the basic principles of optical module products circuit schematics.
• Strong capability in troubleshooting and failure analysis at both customer sites and production lines.
• Ability to prepare standardized documentation and failure analysis reports.
要求：
1. 电子工程、电气及相关工科专业本科 / 硕士学历；
2. 至少 5 年嵌入式固件开发实操经验，有光收发模块、高速通信系统开发经验优先；资历特别优秀者可沟通更高职级岗位；
3. 熟悉主流数字信号处理器（DSP）开发应用者优先；
4. 精通各类光模块标准管理接口协议，包含 CMIS、SFF-8636 等；
5. 深度理解光模块硬件原理图基础原理；
6. 具备现场故障定位、失效分析能力，可独立处理客户端、量产产线各类异常问题；
7. 能够独立编写标准化技术文档、失效分析报告。
