职位描述
1.关注生产良率，发现工艺和测试时间效率问题，组织工程团队解决问题，提高良率，减少废品。
2.在敏捷和MES中设置和维护BOM，在MES中开发和维护产品工作流程，然后与工艺团队一起优化流程，与测试团队一起进行测试，以减少HPU。
3.与新产品导入或研发团队合作，将新项目转化为大规模生产，并在过渡阶段实施足够的批量生产。
4.准备和更新测试和包装工程文件，如工艺流程图、PFMEA、工作说明等。
5.制定成本降低计划，通过BOM成本、提高产量和按季度减少HPU等多种方式不断降低生产成本，确保产量目标。
6.与计划人员、运营人员、PQE合作，解决装运的异常状态，如制造控制系统、机器、数据库、直接材料、间接材料和大规模生产中的操作员。
1.Focus on production yield, discover process and test time efficiency issues, and organize engineering team to solve issues to improve yield and reduce scrap.
2.Setup and maintain BOM in agile and MES and develop and maintain product workflow in MES, and then optimize process with process team and testing with test team to reduce HPU.
3.Work with NPI or RD team transfer new program to mass production and implement sufficient volume production during transition phase.
4.Prepare and update the testing and package engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction and etc.
5.Develop cost down plan to continuously reduce the production cost and ensure the output target through various ways such as BOM cost, yield improvement and HPU reduction by Quart.
6.Work with planners, operations, PQE to solving abnormal status on shipments such as manufacture control system, machines, data base, direct material, indirect material, and operators on mass production.
职位要求
1.光通信、电子技术专业本科以上学历，8年以上半导体组装或光收发器领域大规模生产或多文化制造工作经验。
2.熟悉光模块产品工作流程，了解产品基础知识。
3.优秀的人际交往、沟通和演讲技巧。
4.良好的英语阅读、写作和口语能力，较强的数学和数据分析能力。
5.能够在多元文化、全球化的团队环境中轻松、成功地与员工和客户合作。
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in optical communication, electronics technology, 8+ years working experience in semiconductor assembly or optical transceiver field on mass production or multi-culture manufacture
2.Well-known optical module product workflow and understand product basic knowledge.
3.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4.Good English reading, writing and oral English, and strong mathematics and data analysis ability.
5.Ability to easily and successfully work with employees and customers in a multi-cultural, global team environment.
