Job description 熟悉线束、连接器产品的行业标准（高速产品优先），能够依据行业标准或客户要求独立制定产品信赖性测试规格书，针对客户特殊要求提出可执行性建议，信赖性标准包含机械性能、电气性能、环境性能、信号完整性能等, 按照信赖性测试标准制定ORT 测试标准，或依据客户要求制定ORT 测试标准，全面负责产品从EVT 至PVT 阶段信赖性的测试规划与顺利执行.         Familiar with industry standards for cable assembly and connectors (high-speed products preferred), capable of independently formulating product reliability test specification sheets in accordance with industry standards or customer requirements, and providing executable suggestions for special customer requirements. Reliability standards include mechanical performance, electrical performance, environmental performance, signal integrity performance, etc. Formulate ORT test standards in accordance with reliability test standards. Or formulate ORT test standards based on customer requirements and be fully responsible for the reliability test planning and smooth execution of the product from the EVT to the PVT stage.       2. 产品信赖性测试跟踪、失效分析确认，实验方法引入，标准解读，实验评估（设备&治工具）      Product reliability test tracking, failure analysis confirmation, introduction of experimental methods, standard interpretation, and experimental evaluation (equipment & treatment tools)
