职位描述
高级医学总监作为核心的医学主导者，全面负责重点治疗领域临床试验的设计、实施与策略制定。本岗位在跨职能协作中发挥关键的医学指导作用，主导并深度参与医学撰写、医学监查及注册文件准备，确保所有研究活动严格遵守适用的法规与指南（如FDA、ICH及NMPA）。该岗位持有人将对接外部利益相关方（KOL、研究者和CRO），为项目团队及研究者提供医学层面的实操培训与支持，并负责临床数据的解读与医学决策，以全面保障临床研究项目的成功落地与推进。
职位要求
1. Medical degree (MD) or Master's degree and above in Clinical Medicine is required, with clinical experience in relevant disease areas preferred.
拥有临床医学相关专业硕士及以上学历（临床医学学位/MD），具备相关疾病领域的临床工作经验者优先考虑。
2. At least 7 years of pre-market clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; rich experience in early phase development
具备至少7年制药/生物技术行业的上市前临床研究经验；拥有丰富的早期临床开发经验。
3. Demonstrated expertise in medical writing and medical monitoring, with strong capabilities in clinical data analysis and interpretation.
在医学撰写与医学监查方面具备经实践验证的专业能力，能熟练进行临床数据分析和解读。
4. Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines related to clinical research, including FDA, ICH, and NMPA guidelines.
精通临床研究相关的适用法规与指南（包括FDA、ICH及国家药监局/NMPA指南）。
5. Excellent professionalism and teamwork spirit, with strong interpersonal skills, proactiveness, and execution capabilities.
具备高度的敬业精神与团队合作精神，拥有良好的沟通能力、工作主动性和强大的执行力。
6. Bilingual proficiency, with excellent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English; able to use English as a working language.
良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力，能够将英语作为工作语言。
