Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes for OCS LCA, you will play a key role in improving product yield, quality, and cost- effectiveness while ensuring a stable and scalable production line. Primary Duties & Responsibilities [Process development& Implementation]– 20% • Lead the new product introduction (NPI) process from prototype to volume production • Design and execute design of experiments (DOE) to optimize process parameters • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions (WI), Process flow diagrams (PFD), and control plans. Process sustenance& yield improvement– 35% • Monitor process stability and performance using statistical process control (SPC) • Analyze production data to identify root causes of yield loss, defects, and non-conformities • Implement effective and robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process issues. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs Troubleshooting & failure analysis– 35% • perform hands- on troubleshooting of equipment and process anomalies on the production floor. • Work with the quality and engineering teams to conduct a fault analysis of the RMA • Provide immediate support to production to minimize downtime and ensure on- time delivery • cross-functional collaboration – 10% • Interface with Equipment engineers to schedule maintenance and lead equipment upgrades or new tool installation • Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams on the qualification of new materials and suppliers
